Could you send us a donation?

Donations are going to support the ongoing care of Kristine's mother, who is undergoing cancer treatment in Buffalo. You may know that Native women are more likely to get cancer than non-Hispanic white women, due in part to environmental contamination (especially pollution in air, water, and soil). The Tuscarora reservation is next to multiple serious contamination sites, such as the Love Canal, which has become a national symbol of environmental justice. Cancer is not uncommon for families on the reservation. Fortunately, for Kristine’s mother, the cancer treatment seems to be going as well as it can be expected at this stage.  All donations are appreciated.
