Conversations with amazing people connecting what is all too often disconnected
How can an organization with values of equity shift away from its own embedded hierarchy? In this conversation, we speak with Robin Cook Roth who was recently the CEO of the UK company, Traidcraft to talk about how he led his organization out of the hierarchy. We discuss how holarchy’s process of self-management, distribution of power, roles, and responsibilities led him to experience a level of freedom and joy in his own work, and how it has helped the company live out its values. We get into some of the spiritual dimensions of this work, and some of what it means to remember and reenchant the organizations where so many people spend so much time.
